Microwave Coffee Cupcakeby ~MangoMochiii

Yeah, I really wanted to take some photos of food (especially sweets), so I made a single serving microwave coffee cake ..

single serving is good because that way I don't end up eating too much afterwards ^o^

Aghh, please bear with me on the sloppy icing job..it was my first time icing a cupcake in like, a swirly..way.. ._______.

This was probably one of my most frustrating efforts to just take a decent photo of food.
1) I made the cake just to take the photo LOL (well, eating and enjoying it is a close second priority of course :3)
2) Something happened while it was cooking and well, one side of the bottom was like, missing. So it wouldn't stand up. SO there is actually a pile of craisins holding up the cupcake in the back

3) I screwed up on the icing several times and had to scrap it off probably..2 or 3 times before I finally settled for this one.

>w< what an experience..at least the finished product came out..satisfactory

I do that like, every week! haha. And I buy some ingredients I never use again or care for, I give it to someone else to eat.

This looks like such a yummy treat! nice job.

If there's some things I cannot do, it's baking desserts. So you can just imagine how much I crave for sweet things like cuppycakes and stuff!! Pure torture! Hahaha! Anyways, I love this. As I love all of your art!
